Terms
- Minimum order: one carton — 20 spools per material and colour
- Samples: one 1 kg spool per candidate material, charged at carton pricing and credited against the first carton order
- Private label / OEM: own-brand spools, labels and packaging — minimum run and lead time quoted per project
- Custom colours: produced on VANYO's own lines — minimum run and lead time quoted
- Payment: Net-30 for approved accounts; purchase orders accepted. New accounts start on standard terms while approval is processed
- Shipping: dispatched from VANYO's factory in China, worldwide. Freight and transit time are quoted per destination with the pricing sheet
- Quote turnaround: one business day

Certificates of analysis, per-batch test reports and lot traceability are not offered.
