What is the minimum wholesale order?
One carton of 20 spools per material and color. Pallet and contract tiers unlock lower per-spool pricing.
Can we test before committing to volume?
Yes. We send one 1 kg spool per candidate material at carton pricing, credited against your first carton order.
Do you offer private label or OEM production?
Yes — own-brand spools, labels, and packaging. Minimum run and lead time are quoted per project; start with the wholesale pricing request and mark private label.
Where do orders ship from, and where to?
Production and dispatch are at our factory in China. We ship worldwide; freight and transit time are quoted per destination with your pricing sheet.
What payment terms do you offer?
Net-30 for approved accounts, purchase orders accepted. New accounts start on standard terms while approval is processed.
What documentation comes with an order?
SDS for every material, plus RoHS and REACH statements on request. Published diameter tolerance is ±0.02 mm.
