We run the lines ourselves
VANYO is a filament producer, not a trading company. Extrusion, spooling, and packing happen on lines we own and operate. That is what lets us publish a ±0.02 mm dimensional tolerance and stand behind it.
Owning the process also makes routine what resellers treat as exceptions: sample orders, custom colors, and private label runs.

We produce for brands you already know
Before selling under our own name, our lines produced filament for established brands in the industry — product that had to pass their incoming QC, lot after lot. Agreements don't allow naming them publicly, and we keep that commitment.
For serious buyers we verify privately: sample lots, third-party test reports, and references under NDA. We'd rather invite verification than ask for belief.

Made in China. Documented like it isn't.
Production is in China and we don't obscure that. The difference between us and the commodity spools you've been burned by isn't geography — it's documentation. We publish the tolerance figure, the print windows, and the spool specs, and issue SDS plus RoHS and REACH statements for every material.
Where we haven't built the paperwork yet — like third-party certification — we say so instead of claiming it.
