ENGINEERING-GRADE FILAMENT

Filament your production line can trust.

Every spool held to ±0.02 mm, so your printers run the same on spool 1 and spool 1,000.

Ø 1.75 mm ±0.02 · 2.5 kg / 10 kg spools · vacuum-sealed <10% RH

Stacked filament spools wound in magenta, teal, cobalt and white with precisely parallel strands Ø 1.75 ±0.02 mm SDS · ROHS · REACH

IN PRODUCTION

On the floor at 40+ print farms.

  • HEXVOLT ROBOTICS

We track failure rate per spool. Vanyo PETG has held 0.4% across 11 months. Nothing else we ran stayed under 2%.

Diameter drift used to force re-tuning every restock. Twelve Vanyo batches in, our profiles have not changed once.

We switched because the diameter holds. Our QA signs off on incoming material in minutes instead of running our own tests.

QUESTIONS

Ordering, answered.

What is the minimum order?

One carton of 20 spools per material and color. Pallet and contract tiers unlock lower per-spool pricing.

What are current lead times?

In-stock materials dispatch same day for orders placed before 14:00 PST. Reserved-batch and contract orders ship on the schedule agreed in your account.

Can we get samples before a volume order?

Yes. We send one 1 kg spool per candidate material at carton pricing, credited against your first carton order.

What are the reseller terms?

Resellers order at pallet tier or above, with Net-30 after approval and access to reserved batches. Apply through a business account and mark the reseller option.

How is tolerance measured?

An inline laser micrometer samples diameter continuously during extrusion. Material that drifts outside ±0.02 mm does not ship. Moisture at sealing and colorimetry are checked on the same line.
