Running it, answered.
Does this material need a dry box?
Spools ship vacuum-sealed under 10% RH with desiccant. Opened spools stay in spec for 2 weeks at typical shop humidity; after that, dry 6 h at 50 °C before production runs.
Which printers is it profiled for?
The datasheet lists starting profiles for common 0.4 mm hotends at 205–225 °C. Diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm means existing profiles carry over between batches without re-tuning.
Can I get this batch's QC report?
Yes. Every spool label carries its batch ID; enter it on the batch lookup page for the full report — diameter, ovality, moisture at sealing, and colorimetry.
What if a spool fails incoming inspection?
Report the batch ID and your measurements within 30 days. Spools outside stated spec are replaced or credited, including carton-tier orders.
